With dual Masters in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Theology, I bring a down-to-earth, holistic approach to driving sustainable change. My work is based on the timeless principles of compassion, confidence and courage.
Before starting my own consulting practice, I worked in executive roles for faith-based NGOs and in the higher education space, earning a reputation for simplifying complexity and elevating performance in the teams I led.
